1.2. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

2.1. Standard Shipping:

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
    2.2. Free Shipping:
  • Orders above ₹99 qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

3.1. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
3.2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

4.1. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch within Maharashtra and 7-10 business days across India.
4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, courier service, or unforeseen delays.

5. Tracking Information

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
5.2. Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

6.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and reattempt delivery.
6.2. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1. Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing video of the damaged packaging and items for verification.
  • Please note that we can not accept returns or refunds of damaged or missing product based solely on photographs. Your unboxing video helps us to better understand the issue and process your return request promptly 

7.2. Missing Items:

  • If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

8.1. While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
8.2. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

9. Cancellation of Orders

9.1. Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer support team.
9.2. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further steps.
